We're Hiring: Client Solutions Associate
Are you passionate about helping clients, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our growing team as a Client Solutions Associate and play a key role in helping clients maximize the value of innovative software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Support platform implementations and product services to ensure client success.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
- Manage cases, tasks, and documentation to keep projects organized and on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams on software releases and continuous improvements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
