Senior SAP BASIS Consultant – Hybrid in Colombia We are seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Consultant with fluent English to join our global technology team at Stefanini LATAM. You will work in a hybrid model in Colombia, supporting a major multinational organization in the healthcare and life sciences sector—an environment with complex, large-scale SAP landscapes and high compliance standards. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands‑on experience across SAP components, strong autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with functional, business, and infrastructure teams across regions. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of technical projects focused on SAP best practices, optimization, and system reliability. Act as a technical integrator across functional teams, infrastructure partners, and external vendors. Provide day‑to‑day SAP BASIS support aligned with project and operational priorities. Develop and improve BASIS documentation, policies, and procedures. Participate in Change Control meetings and represent the BASIS team in cross‑functional discussions. Perform planning and execution of SAP installations, system sizing, capacity planning, and server/storage layout design. Install and support a wide range of SAP components (NW 7.x, ECC 6.0, BW 7, CRM 5.0, SCM 7.1/APO, GTS 11.0, GRC 10.1, Solution Manager 7.x, Enterprise Portal 7.x, and more). Conduct post‑installation configurations, including transport setup, SAProuter, support packages, client copy, OSS Notes, printing setup, SAP Note Assistant, and system tuning. Execute daily system monitoring and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with project teams. Qualifications 5+ years as a SAP BASIS Administrator with significant project involvement or team leadership. 3+ years in SAP production support or participation in multiple full life cycle implementations. Experience with modern SAP technologies such as ERP 6+, GTS, SCM (with LiveCache and Optimizer), BW, Solution Manager 7, Enterprise Portal, and SAP Java stack. Knowledge in one or more areas is a strong plus: SAP PI Administration; GRC 10.1; Enhancement Package upgrades; VMware or Nutanix SAP HANA administration. SAP Certification on UNIX/Linux is a plus. Strong skills in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system analysis. Experience working in SOX‑regulated environments.
