Navitaire’s SkyLedger hosted reservation accounting services simplifies and streamlines revenue accounting for airline and rail carriers, providing powerful reporting capabilities, a full reconciliation between New Skies® booking data and accounting sub-ledger transactions, and a direct feed to the carrier’s general ledger. Summary Of The Role The SkyLedger Support Specialist will work closely with current and implementing revenue accounting customers to ensure our solution meets their business needs. The individual will join our support team and contribute to serving existing and implementing customers. Daily tasks will include attending scrum meetings, reviewing, triaging, delegating, responding to, and resolving issues reported by our customers. The role will include liaising with other team resources, including Product Leadership. In This Role You’ll Participate in and contribute to the SkyLedger support process on behalf of Product Management. Manage the daily support activities for assigned stakeholders, including: Preparing for daily stand‑ups. Following up as needed after daily stand‑ups. Owning support cases assigned to you. Providing consistent internal and external communications to team members, team leadership, customers, and other stakeholders as needed. Supporting special projects including new customer implementations as well as add‑on product implementations for existing customers. Acting as SkyLedger Product Steward for one or more pre‑defined functional areas. Traveling as needed to industry meetings, client sites, or other Navitaire sites (up to 10%). About The Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 2 years of software business customer support or equivalent. Experience working within the airline industry and/or airline accounting practices/solutions is strongly preferred. MS Office Suite experience, Business Intelligence tools (preferred). SQL and XML skills are preferred.
