Job Title: Instructional DesignerLocation: Remote Latin America PreferredType of Contract: Full-Time or Contract (based on availability)Salary Range: Market RatesLanguage Requirements: English (Professional Proficiency) We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer with strong experience building customer-facing training content for learning management systems. You will play a key role in developing high-quality, engaging healthcare compliance courses using Articulate Rise and AI-driven content production tools. Your work will directly impact course adoption, customer enablement, and the scalability of our compliance education offerings. (A structured knowledge transfer from the current contractor will be available.) Key Responsibilities Design and develop customer-facing e-learning modules in Articulate Rise, ensuring clarity, engagement, and instructional quality. Rapidly produce multimedia training content (audio, video, visual assets) using AI tools to accelerate development timelines. Source and synthesize course material from multiple inputs (YouTube content, regulatory guidance, existing compliance documents, industry resources). Compile and refine detailed storyboards by consolidating research, source materials, and AI-generated drafts into a cohesive instructional flow. Partner with internal SMEs to validate content accuracy and align modules to healthcare compliance requirements. Manage the end-to-end production workflow: planning, script development, multimedia creation, review cycles, and LMS handoff. Maintain project timelines, documentation, and version control to ensure timely delivery of new and updated courses. Continuously optimize course quality based on learner feedback, engagement metrics, and evolving compliance standards. Must-Have Qualifications 4 -7+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or similar content-creation roles. Advanced proficiency with Articulate Rise (mandatory). Demonstrated ability to produce polished instructional content using AI tools (audio/video generation, script drafting, editing tools). Strong research and content synthesis skills, especially when combining multiple source types into structured storyboards. Experience designing training for compliance, regulatory, technical, or healthcare environments. Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality comfortable working in rapid-development cycles. Excellent written communication and storytelling skills for clear, learner-friendly scripts and modules. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple course builds simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with healthcare compliance concepts or regulated-industry training. Experience deploying courses within common LMS platforms. Working knowledge of multimedia production tools (e.g., Descript, Synthesia, AI voice/video tools).
