The recruitment process consists of the following steps: Recruiter Screen : Our recruiter will learn more about you and your story to check a potential fit for our company. This is also an opportunity to ask your questions about the role and company. Tech 1 Interview : Our software consultant will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. Tech 2 Interview : Our tech lead will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. Final Interview : You will have the opportunity to meet our leadership team during this informal talk. Our team has deep experience in engineering, experience design, and product management. Role Description We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic full-stack software engineer with a keen interest in current technology and engineering. Using your experience of ASP.NET Core and React.js and software engineering best practices, you will be involved in the design and implementation of secure and scalable applications that are transforming industries. We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change. As such, we are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset who is happy to be flexible and take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of our projects. Role Requirements and Experience This role will suit a highly capable developer with at least five years of experience with .NET and React.js. Skills and experience must include: Strong experience working with ASP.NET Core 2+ Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript Demonstrable experience in using a microservices architecture Experience working with Azure or AWS Experience writing unit and integration tests Familiarity with RESTful APIs Experience in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases will be a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Excellent command of spoken and written English Development methodologies: Familiarity with agile working and test-driven development. Use of Git and JIRA. Education: An excellent result in computer science or another STEM subject is preferred.
