Experiência en ITIL, Cisco, Soporte IT tier1 y tier 2, networks protocols y infraestructura de telecomunicaciones
Brindar acompañamiento de conocimiento tecnológico a los clientes interno y externo, mediante la alimentación de una base de datos de conocimiento.
Apoyar al área de infraestructura en los requerimientos técnicos.
Mantener y garantizar el stock de equipos necesarios que soportan la operación diaria de la compañía.
Mantener la información crucial de las campañas mediante una hoja de vida, para garantizar el funcionamiento continuo de la operación en un solo registro, alineado con los requerimientos del cliente.
Mantener la seguridad informática por medio de la información actualizada del estado de los usuarios en los portales de accesos tecnológicos.
Gestionar y soportar las entregas y recepciones de equipos tecnológicos de la operación o de la compañía.
Gestionar a tiempo los requerimientos asociados a los New Hire para cumplir con las fechas relacionadas.
Realizar gestión y seguimiento diario a los tickets asignados por los usuarios de las diferentes cuentas asignadas.
Mantener una actitud positiva, comunicación atenta, oportuna y respetuosa con los usuarios que reporten problemas en tickets de, para una resolución comprensible y satisfactoria.
Ejecutar los movimientos redireccionados por el área de operaciones
