Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows. Present design work to peers and business leaders to gain consensus, and work directly with development teams to ensure designs are implemented with quality Apply and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards to ensure consistency across platforms. Design and refine UI elements including screen layouts, color palettes, typography, icons, and other interface components. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX and UI design. Advocate for user-centered design techniques and data-driven decision processes. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a cross-platform environment. Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Experience working in agile or iterative development environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI design work. Nice to Have Experience with usability testing or user research. Experience with designing for CMS systems Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
