Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best coding practices, system architecture, and DevOps strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, manage technical documentation, and continuously improve team performance.
- English proficiency (B2),
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in React.js and Spring Boot (Java).
- At least 5 years of proven experience leading development teams and driving project outcomes.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD practices.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful API design, and version control (Git).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
