With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been more engaging**What You Will Do*** Contribute to architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s) and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production* Support and collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives* Contribute to resolution of complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions* Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings* Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination* Contribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programs* Advance the understanding that design resilience is a responsibility of every person at Gensler* Cultivate design expertise with the desire to always learn, grow, and evolve **Your Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program* 6-8 years of relevant architecture and design experience within a commercial design firm* Ideal candidate will have experience with multiple building typologies of varying scale, including commercial office and mixed-use buildings, residential, master planning, sports and entertainment venues and repositioning projects.* Must be proficient in Revit and the Adobe Suite. Proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, Parametric Modeling, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max and VRay is a plus.* Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes and the design process* Conceptual 3-dimensional thinking skills and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.* Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.* Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.* A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.* Creativity Initiator that brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude.* Organization, communication, and relationship building skills.* Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices; Portfolios should include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview**How to Apply**Submit an online application including a resume and portfolio in **PDF** **form**.
