You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.# **A Day in the Life**The IT Business Analyst partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven solutions that improve processes, systems, and services across a global environment. This role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting solution delivery within regulated areas such as Quality and Regulatory. The position works cross-functionally with Product Owners, IT leaders, and third-party partners, contributing to process improvement, system enhancements, and value-added initiatives, with strong exposure to PLM systems and global project support. This position will be Remote in Bogotá.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements.* Analyze data sets and trends to define use cases that enhance products, processes, and services.* Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.* Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.* Support global projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT support, technical leads, and third-party vendors.**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems (required).* Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (understanding required).* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working in regulated environments (Quality / Regulatory preferred).* Fluent in English (B2 – C1)**Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.# **Benefits & Compensation****Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
