As an Audiovisual Designer or Developer at Monks, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality audio and visual content for a variety of projects. Utilize advanced audio‑visual technology and software to execute high‑quality production, ensuring optimal sound and visual fidelity. Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to translate creative concepts into compelling audio‑visual narratives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and workflows to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to project specifications. Review and critique audio and visual outputs to ensure they meet Monks“ high standards for quality and creativity. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in audio‑visual production, continuously seeking to enhance production techniques and methodologies. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in audio‑visual development or production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in video editing, sound design, and multimedia content creation. Proficiency in industry‑standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition), and familiarity with other audio‑visual tools. Ability to think creatively and develop original concepts that resonate with target audiences. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas to clients.
