Possible renewal from 20 February 2026. Hours: 24/7 operations, 40 hours per week Availability: As soon as possible Location: Specified in each job title document Responsibilities Security Assistant : Collect, assess and communicate security situation information. Produce incident reports and initiate follow‑up actions. Coordinate with host government security authorities and NGOs. Support incident management, including traffic accidents and security incidents. Assist in maintaining security contingency plans and guard force management. Manage visitor records within Forward Operation Bases (FOBs), conduct drills, and facilitate training. Provide supervision of safety equipment, public security inside FOBs, and emergency procedures. Interpreter : Provide verbal and written translations among Armenian, English, and Russian. Support Mission staff during patrol duties, meetings, and events. Record minutes, translate memos, letters, and documents. Support on‑call and irregular work schedules and relocate as needed. Facilities Management Assistant : Provide administrative and executive support to FM Officer and Head of Logistics. Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and contract management. Track facilities operations, ensure safety and hygiene standards. Translate documents and manage confidentiality. Support reporting, gender equality, and human rights aspects. Selection Criteria Essential Requirements (all roles) : Medically fit and able to perform duties. Full civil rights, no criminal record. Fluency in English and Armenian, spoken and written. Armenian citizenship or permanent residency with valid work permits. Completed relevant education level (upper secondary for most roles, university degree for Interpreter). Minimum professional experience: 3 years for Security Assistant & Facilities Management Assistant; 1 year for Interpreter. Valid driving licence category B (and category C/C1 for certain tasks). Additional Assets (all roles) : Experience in an EU or international environment. Professional qualifications or certificates related to the job function. Knowledge of additional EU or Russian languages. Intercultural experience and respect for diversity. Personality Assets (all roles) : Initiative, responsibility, autonomy.
