Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as a functional SAP FICO consultant , focused on financial processes (not technical). Strong understanding of financial operations: loans, banking, and financial management across industries. Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients. A mindset geared toward continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments. Preferred Skills and Experience 10 years of experience in functional solution design for SAP projects and pre‑sales activities Familiarity with functional integration between SAP FICO and other modules. Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent credentials. Knowledge of trends in financial processes and digital transformation. Additional language skills for global client engagement.
