Release Manager (Mid-Level) UST, Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia We are looking for a Medium Release Manager to join our team of 30,000 employees across 30 countries. The role focuses on business transformation through technology with a strong emphasis on seamless release management. Requirements 3 years of experience in release/DevOps roles. Bachelor or Degree in Engineering. Fluent in Spanish. English desirable. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). Strong knowledge of Git and repository scaffolding tools (Maven Archetype/Yeoman/Custom). Proficiency in branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk‑based development). Familiarity with CI tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions). Capacity in scripting (Ansible/Python). Experience building Docker images (Docker/Jib/Kaniko/Buildah). Hands‑on with Docker orchestrators (Kubernetes, OpenShift). Programming skills (Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python, C++). Quality assurance tools and quality gates (SonarQube). Automation testing and best practices (TDD/BDD). Operating Kubernetes clusters. Networking and load balancer knowledge (Nginx/F5/DNS, SSL certificates).
