Hi We're looking to hire a creative lead for our DTC Sleep Brand (sleepbysanti.co) and @sleepbysanti on Instagram. We are in the process of rebranding from a bedding brand into a full‑fledged sleep brand with an emphasis on luxury aesthetics and sleep education. Responsibilities You will take over our organic channels by creating all the posts for our organic content and scheduling these posts using creative assets that we already own as well as AI content that you generate yourself. You will be working with our influencer manager for any raw clips you need to fulfill the creative vision. There will be minimal operational work involved, such as responding to DM's and contacting influencers (we already have other people working on these), and the role will be primarily focused on creative and marketing. Required Skills AI Content Generation (both static and video) Video Editing Graphic Design Understanding Short‑Form Content Additional Qualifications Marketing knowledge is a plus but is not required.
