As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS to join our team. Responsibilities Drive the migration process to GitHub, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows. Work through the backlog of DevOps/CloudOps tickets, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes. Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools, ensuring consistency and scalability across environments. Develop and implement security best practices, including access control, encryption, and monitoring, to safeguard our infrastructure and data. Mentor and coach junior members of the DevOps team, a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise to cross‑functional teams on AWS architecture and best practices. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience working with AWS and related services. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Docker products. Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken). 8+ years of working experience with Cloud/Application Development/Platform engineering. Impeccable punctuality; being on time for meetings is crucial. Familiarity with Java and Python and related build tools. Basic understanding of AWS networking, including VPCs, Subnets, Firewall, TLS, etc. Experience setting up build and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, CodeBuild/CodeDeploy. Knowledge of security best practices. Automation‑first mindset. Desired Skills Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFront, Elasticsearch, Fargate, Load Balancers, OpenSearch, S3, RDS, R53, etc. If you meet these qualifications and are ready to take on a leadership role in DevOps, we encourage you to apply.
