Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for executing key tasks related to the efficient management of warehouse operations. This role involves accurately picking and packing orders, dispatching shipments, and conducting regular inventory counts to ensure optimal inventory management and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Picking Orders:

1. Retrieve items from designated storage areas based on pick lists or customer orders.
2. Ensure accuracy in selecting the correct items and quantities for each order.
3. Organize picked items for packing and shipment preparation.

Packing Orders:

1. Pack items securely and efficiently according to packaging guidelines and shipping requirements.
2. Label packages accurately with appropriate shipping labels and documentation.
3. Verify packed orders against packing slips or order specifications to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Dispatching Shipments:

1. Coordinate with shipping carriers or logistics partners to arrange for timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
2. Prepare shipping manifests and documentation for outgoing shipments, including customs paperwork if required.
3. Load shipments onto delivery vehicles or coordinate pickup schedules as needed.

Inventory Count:

1. Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory records.
2. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of discrepancies as needed.
3. Update inventory management systems with count results and inventory adjustments.

Requirements:

1. College Level
2. Warehouse Experience
3. Aged 28 and up
4. Near Laguna Area
5. Computer Literate
6. Willing to be trained
