The Specialist, Security Risk Governance role contributes to the overall success of the Security Governance Services / Information Security & Control (IS&C) globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. The incumbent must ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, collaborative, technically experienced and well-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills who has the capacity to work efficiently and effectively. This role will interact with staff across the Banks multiple jurisdictions and business units and will support the Senior Manager, Security Risk Governance in driving governance programs and responding to inquiries pertaining to Information Security and Cybersecurity posture of the Bank. Accountabilities Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Respond to all customer due diligence questionnaires. Respond to industry surveys, RFIs from third parties. Maintain the inventory of commonly asked questions and update the respective responses as required. Facilitate the gathering of evidence/artifacts, respond to IS&C-related queries and follow-ups and maintain an inventory of all documentation. Support the Senior Manager of Security Risk Governance in reporting of Information Security topics/items and in providing status updates to the Executive Management. Support the Senior Manager of Security Risk Governance in design and operation of related governance monitoring and improvement activities including but not limited to procedures and reporting mechanisms. Support the Senior Manager of Security Risk Governance in regulatory compliance tasks including but not limited to assessments, tracking and remediation. Requirements High level of English (B2) COBIT and ISO Certification 3 years of experience in Bank IT Security High level of Excel proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
