Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s business development efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication skills, build valuable business relationships, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.
You’ll leverage your persuasive abilities to engage potential clients, overcome objections, and set the stage for successful sales conversations.
Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a supportive team dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing strong English communication skills
- Engage decision-makers in compelling conversations, identifying their needs and pain points
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team, setting the foundation for successful deals
- Manage and nurture leads through effective follow-up and relationship-building techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
- Adapt communication styles to suit various industries and decision-maker personalities
Requirements
- English and Spanish fluency with exceptional verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in cold calling, appointment setting, or similar outbound sales roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust
- Resilience and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with performance metrics focused on appointment setting and conversion rates
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing training to enhance cold calling and sales techniques
