We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Responsibilities Lead the development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for machine learning and data science solutions Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models using industry best practices Monitor and maintain the performance and accuracy of machine learning models in production Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to develop insights and improve model performance Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist Expertise in machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring Strong programming skills in Python and experience with related libraries such as Pandas Experience with SQL and database technologies such as Snowflake Expertise with Apache Spark and Amazon Web Services, including Databricks Familiarity with Elasticsearch and other big data technologies Ability to communicate complex ideas and analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level Nice to have Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) technologies Expertise in data visualization and dashboard creation Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with distributed systems and parallel computing Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, Information Technology, and Research Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
