Reckitt – NPS Logistics Buyer Reckitt is a global leader in hygiene, health, and nutrition. We are looking for a highly motivated procurement professional to join our Global Supply Chain team. About The Role As part of the Procurement team, you will actively participate in direct negotiations for logistics services in the Central West LATAM (CWL) region. Your main goal will be to reduce costs, improve service levels, and ensure quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the regional manager to develop category strategies, manage key suppliers, and support implementation across the supply chain. Responsibilities Lead negotiations and manage contracts for logistics services (freight, warehousing, maquila). Maintain updated supplier master data and ensure compliance with corporate audit requirements. Request quotations and conduct direct negotiations with logistics providers. Manage supplier base to guarantee service availability and performance improvement. Support risk visibility and propose agile solutions for supply continuity. Ensure all negotiations follow approval workflows in Ariba or designated platforms. Participate in global and regional category meetings. Monitor commercial conditions to prevent contract expirations. Drive cost‑saving projects, payment term improvements (NWC), and strategic initiatives. Prepare annual procurement plans and forecasts in Anaplan. Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards and company policies. Experience & qualifications Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Business, or related fields. 3–5 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Foreign Trade, or Logistics. Advanced Excel, strong analytical skills, time management, negotiation. Tools: Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Celonis. Advanced English.
