HR Manager - NAM and LAM at Stratum Reservoir Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Reservoir Fluids professional with over 10 years of industry experience to support and lead Reservoir Fluid Analysis activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and flexibility to take on multiple roles across technical, operational, and business functions. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Reservoir Fluid Analysis activities, including data quality assurance, and technical oversight Manage integrated fluid analysis projects, covering: Fluid sampling (bottom-hole and surface) and well conditioning PVT analysis Coordination with Flow Assurance fluid characterization, Geochemistry, and Extended Water Analysis (preferred) Ensure high standards of data quality and compliance with industry best practices Oversee laboratory operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support business development activities related to fluid analysis services Provide technical leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring to team members Develop and maintain technical and training documentation Required Experience and Expertise Minimum of 10 years of experience in Reservoir Fluids or related disciplines Strong hands‑on experience with: Dry Gas Volatile Oil Black Oil Proven experience with bottom‑hole and surface fluid sampling (preferred) Demonstrated project management experience for integrated fluid analysis packages Background in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation environments Required Skills and Competencies Creative and effective team leadership High adaptability and flexibility across changing responsibilities Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring capabilitiesAbility to develop structured training materials Personal Attributes High energy level and strong work ethic Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and challenges Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst Oil and Gas Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Posted: 2 months ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
