Base pay range About the client: Our client is a results‑driven digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They specialize in transforming websites into high‑performing, lead‑generating assets while building strong brand awareness through SEO, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. About the role We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Appointment Setter to join our client’s sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with cold and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and booking high‑quality appointments for the Sales Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and driving consistent lead flow. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, fluent in English, and has prior experience working with a digital marketing agency. Fluency in English is a must. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is Required. What you’ll be doing Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce the agency’s services and set sales appointments Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel Qualify leads by asking strategic questions to assess fit for the agency’s services Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system Track and report key performance metrics, including call volume, appointments booked, and conversion rates Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives, ensuring all relevant lead information is shared Confirm and send reminders for scheduled appointments to reduce no‑shows Proactively conduct outreach and creatively fill the sales calendar, even during slower periods Who are we looking for?
