Digital Media Buyer Trainee Location: Bogotá, Colombia About the role: The WITHIN team is expanding and we’re looking for a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to support our efforts across multiple marketing channels. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and develop expertise in Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Retail Media. What You’ll Learn Paid Social: Create and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, focusing on targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Paid Search: Create and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bidding strategies. Programmatic: Work with demand‑side platforms to buy display, video, and native ads at scale, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions. Email Marketing: Craft compelling email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize performance through testing and automation. Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with partners to drive traffic and conversions through commission‑based strategies. SEO: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility. Influencer Marketing: Partner with influencers to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate conversions. Retail Media: Advertise on e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop to increase product visibility and sales. Key Responsibilities Support a diverse portfolio of clients and align on strategy and performance goals. Communicate with clients via email and meetings to ensure clear alignment. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies. Produce marketing KPI dashboards and deliver performance reports with actionable insights. Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data‑driven decision‑making. Implement best practices and internal technology to optimize campaigns. Provide creative and copy recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Interest in pursuing a career in performance‑driven digital marketing. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Interview Process Cognitive aptitude and typing test. Logic assessment on basic data analytics & problem‑solving. Probation Program Two‑month paid development and probation period with close supervision and ongoing assessment. Upon successful completion, staff on a full‑time, independent role. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: 4.75 M COP monthly. Unlimited vacation policy. Health insurance coverage. Food stipend. Internet/phone stipend. Dog‑friendly office.
