Client Experience Agent (Medellin/ In-Office/Full Benefits) Are you ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced, dynamic industry? Join us as aClient Experience Agent withGlobal Reach Sourcing , which supports the largest, independent, luxury chauffeured transportation provider in its industry. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and manage trip-related data using our transportation reservation system Input and verify information in internal databases and platforms Maintain and update administrative records to ensure everything stays organized and up-to-date Support the operations team with various back‑office tasks Collaborate with lead dispatchers at headquarters to ensure smooth operations Perform data adjustments, including manual entries, when required for accuracy Monitor and track chauffeurs' status to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Qualifications Strong spoken and written English skills are required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong phone etiquette and a customer‑focused approach Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus In‑office position located in Medellin Shifts available: Morning and afternoon, five days per week (at least one weekend day), 8.5‑hours a day Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided Compensation 2’000.000 – 3’000.000 COP, depending on the hours worked and experience (Salary range listed does not include additional compensation required as a result of applicable Colombian labor laws) Indefinite contract with full benefits Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
