Laravel Developer (Expert Level) – Remote | Colombia Only Full-Time | $1,000–$1,500 USD per month | Remote We are seeking a highly skilled Laravel Developer with expert-level proficiency in Laravel to join our growing remote development team. You do not need experience in one specific tech stack — we care far more about your deep understanding of Laravel itself than the exact tools you’ve used alongside it. This role is ideal for a developer who truly understands how Laravel works under the hood and can adapt to different environments quickly. What You’ll Be Responsible For Building, maintaining, and optimizing Laravel-based applications Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code Debugging performance issues and improving system reliability Working with APIs, background jobs, and queues Collaborating with frontend developers and project managers Implementing best practices for security, performance, and maintainability Adapting to different tools and workflows as the project evolves Required Skills (Must-Haves) Expert-level proficiency in Laravel Strong knowledge of: PHP (modern practices) Eloquent ORM Queues & background jobs MVC architecture REST APIs Authentication & security best practices Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Reliable internet and ability to work remotely full-time Nice-to-Have (Not Required) Experience with: Redis, SQS, or other queue drivers Vue, React, or Inertia Docker AWS or other cloud platforms Experience working with multi-tenant systems or high-traffic apps ⚠️ You do NOT need to have experience in one exact tech stack — we care about true Laravel expertise, not tool memorization.
