Overview Content Creator (Recruitment Marketing – BPO) Guatemala | Marketing & Talent Acquisition | Creative + Lead Generation About The Role We are seeking a creative, data-driven Content Creator to support our recruitment strategy by producing high-impact digital content that attracts talent, strengthens employer branding, and drives candidate leads. Responsibilities Produce engaging content (reels, videos, posts, visuals) for social media. Execute recruitment marketing campaigns focused on lead generation. Manage and grow social media communities across multiple platforms. Optimize content using analytics and platform insights. Collaborate with TA and Marketing to support hiring priorities and brand strategy. Requirements 2–4 years in content creation, digital marketing, or social media. Established social media presence with an engaged audience, demonstrating influence and the ability to drive reach and interaction across platforms. Experience supporting BPO or high-volume recruitment (preferred). Strong skills in short-form video, copywriting, and editing tools. Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, analytics.
