Growth Operations Associate

Job Description: Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support our expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments. Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics. Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices. Business Development Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth. Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions. Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations. Marketing & Outreach Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders. Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies. Project Management Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders. Administrative Support Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups. Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems (experience with EPIC is a plus) A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, fueled by a passion for healthcare innovation Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in operations, business development, or a comparable role. Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable. Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data analysis tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Analytical thinker with a focus on solving problems and enhancing processes. Capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Preferred: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
