You’ll work with a collaborative team to power the next generation of our gamification platform. If you're highly skilled in Python with Django and FastAPI, and love to work on challenging backend architecture—this is your chance to make an impact Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Django and FastAPI Implement new features, resolve bugs, and maintain platform security Manage production deployments, perform root cause analysis of outages, and ensure uptime Create scalable and reusable backend architecture following best practices Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized applications using Docker Work in Kubernetes-managed environments for deployment and orchestration Participate in technical discussions with global teams Maintain high performance and responsiveness of APIs and services Collaborate closely with frontend teams and product managers to align on requirements Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development Strong command over Python, Django Framework, and FastAPI Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL databases Experience in API development and microservices architecture Knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with server logs for debugging and production support Sound understanding of backend performance, scalability, and security practices Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Good to Have: Exposure to Node.js or React.js Experience with cloud platforms and traffic/load balancing Familiarity with monitoring tools and third-party API authentication Knowledge of Spanish (bonus, not required) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline 5+ years of industry experience with relevant backend technology stack Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and skillset Other Benefits: 2 days weekly holiday Medical Insurance coverage for employee, spouse & kids from the date of joining Provident Fund and Gratuity Growth opportunities in innovative and global projects Friendly, tech-driven, and inclusive company culture Position Interviewing Process: Introductory discussion with HR Final interview with Project Owner Application Instructions: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes by filling out all the required information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
