Descripción del Puesto

Estamos buscando personas apasionadas que quieran ser parte del equipo de Tecnología en la posición de Quality Assurance Engineer Sr. Valoramos la diversidad de experiencias y habilidades y estamos comprometidos con crear un entorno donde todos se sientan valorados y apoyados.

Tus desafíos:
  1. Identificas y gestionas los riesgos asociados al desarrollo de las actividades y al alcance de las pruebas, esto incluye riesgos asociados a los datos.
  2. Aplicas "Lean change management" para que los equipos adopten prácticas ágiles y de automatización de pruebas.
  3. Te involucras de manera activa con los lineamientos de desarrollo y aquellos que vienen de SRE y arquitectura, con el fin de tener las bases y el entendimiento de mejorar las estrategias de calidad.
  4. Identificas problemas de rendimiento al comienzo de la etapa de desarrollo con respecto al diseño arquitectónico de las soluciones.
  5. Aseguras los requisitos no funcionales para el rendimiento (CPU, latencia).
  6. Te mantienes actualizado con las últimas tecnologías para automatización y performance.
  7. Configuras el proceso de ejecución automatizada en CI/CD/CT.
  8. Identificas y retroalimentas sobre la definición de criterios de aceptación para los atributos de calidad.
  9. Colaboras con desarrollo, DevOps e infraestructura con respecto a la ingeniería, el diseño y las pruebas de rendimiento.
  10. Identificas cuellos de botella y puntos de ajuste, con el fin de mejorar la escalabilidad y el rendimiento de las aplicaciones en las arquitecturas de software.
  11. Realizas informes de pruebas asociadas al performance y los socializas con el equipo para tomar planes de acción basado en los resultados obtenidos.
¿Qué buscamos?
  1. Tu formación académica es tecnológica o estudiante de séptimo semestre en carreras enfocadas al desarrollo de software o afines.
  2. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en procesos de calidad de software.
  3. Automatización y proceso de calidad comprobable.
  4. Calidad de software aplicando esquema del ISTQB, atributos de calidad no funcionales.
