Job Description As a Revit Drafting Technician , you will develop high-quality floor plans and 3D models using Revit and related tools, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visual clarity. You'll support global AEC clients through precise drafting, quality assurance, and collaborative project execution. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term type contract Shift: Shifting schedule Work setup: Onsite - Calle 97A, Bogotá, Colombia Exciting Perks Await 5 days work week Weekends off 20 vacation days in total Prepaid medicine Fully-customized Emapta laptop and peripherals Indefinite term type contract Direct exposure to international clients Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Prime office locations in Bogotá and Medellín Unlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses The Qualifications We Seek Education & Experience Degree or diploma in Architectural Construction Engineering & Technology 3 to 6 years of hands-on Revit (BIM) experience Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Strong drafting and floor plan preparation skills Experience producing accurate, print-ready drawings Familiarity with BIM workflows and modeling standards Professional Strengths Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills Additional Requirements Reliable daily commute Willingness to work onsite during standard business hours Flexibility with shifting schedules and occasional overtime Your Daily Tasks Drafting & Quality Assurance Create architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for AEC clients Produce DWG floor plans, RVT models, and 3D isometric models Develop graphics for interior design and virtual staging, including furnishings and materials Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and client standards Specialized Production Work Create iGUIDE floor plans using Planitar's Draft software Produce ESX floor plan sketches using Verisk's Xactimate Address and report production issues to the Drafting Shift Leader Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives Support non-drafting tasks such as AI annotations, marketing research, and case studies Maintain and consistently meet KPI targets through effective workflow management Additional Responsibilities Complete other assigned tasks based on operational needs while maintaining consistent performance About the Client Our client, iGUIDE, is a global leader in immersive property documentation and spatial visualization.
