We operate a high-volume field services model with technicians, dispatch, billing, and customer data flowing through multiple systems. Our current challenge is reporting and analytics . We have the data — but it is fragmented, slow, and not structured correctly for decision‑making. We need an expert who can own reporting end‑to‑end , rebuild logic, and turn operational data into accurate, usable insights. What We Need We are looking for a strong SQL & Business Analytics specialist whose main focus is: Building accurate, scalable reports Cleaning and structuring data for analytics Creating business‑ready dashboards that leadership can trust Experience with Zoho (Analytics / CRM / FSM / Books) is a plus , but not required . What matters most is your ability to model data correctly and extract insights using SQL .
