For the Legal& Compliance Department, we are now looking for a Compliance & Sustainability Manager .
Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the compliance systems, including compliance to organizational, management, and control model under Legislative Decree 231/2001, anti-corruption management system and support the internal audit plan.
• Liaise with various internal departments to ensure data flow and compliance throughout the value chain.
• Contribute to the company’s sustainability strategy, advising on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters: materiality analysis, drafting ofsustainability report, integrated risk overview analysis, value chain mapping.
• Support the legal function on business-related issues.

• Degree in Law
• Approximately 5 years of experience in law firms, consulting firms, or corporate, with specific expertise in areas relevant to the job.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Problem-solving oriented.
