The Data Manager will oversee end‑to‑end data management activities for clinical trials conducted through CROs. Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for data management in cross‑functional trial teams Lead and oversee end‑to‑end data management activities from trial start to database release Contribute to protocol review, risk assessment and CRO selection Review and approve data management documentation (timelines, EDC/external data specifications, edit check specifications, data management plans, blinding plans) Plan and perform risk‑based data review and chair internal data review meetings Track and communicate data metrics, risks and mitigation actions Qualifications Master’s degree in life science or related field Minimum 3 years of experience within clinical trials and/or data management from academia or pharmaceutical industry Experience planning data collection and handling data from experiments or trials Knowledge of GCP, EDC, laboratory data and data cleaning Strong project management and communication skills Proficiency in data visualization or dashboards is a plus Strong analytical skills, structured risk‑based approach, proactive ownership, ability to balance multiple deadlines, effective collaboration, clear communication to non‑technical audience About Zealand Pharma Zealand Pharma A/S is a biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing peptide‑based medicines.
