About the Role We are seeking a QuickBooks-certified Bookkeeper with 3–5 years of experience to manage daily bookkeeping tasks and client reconciliations. This role also includes training to support simple tax preparation using Thomson Reuters software, as well as light administrative support when needed. Key Responsibilities Perform daily bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients. Complete client account reconciliations accurately and on time. Maintain well-organized financial records within QuickBooks. Learn and assist with preparing simple tax returns using Thomson Reuters software. Support the creation of basic tax plans under guidance. Follow established processes and training for all tax-related tasks. Assist with email management during periods when the manager is traveling or on vacation. Provide general support for ad-hoc tasks as requested. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and responsiveness in all communications. Required Qualifications QuickBooks-certified. 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience. Proficient in daily bookkeeping workflows and client reconciliations.
