Tu objetivo es transformar los números en decisiones de negocio que optimicen la rentabilidad, mejoren la experiencia del usuario y guíen el roadmap de nuestros productos financieros. Estarás en el corazón de la estrategia, trabajando codo a codo con Product Managers, Ingenieros y Stakeholders financieros para asegurar que cada movimiento que hagamos esté respaldado por insights sólidos.****Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:***** Definir y monitorear los KPIs críticos del producto (LTV, CAC, Churn, margen financiero, tasas de aprobación, etc.).* Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento o ineficiencias en el embudo financiero mediante análisis exploratorio de datos.* Influencia en el Roadmap: Priorizar el backlog de producto basándote en el impacto estimado y modelos de propensión/comportamiento.* Traducir métricas técnicas complejas en narrativas claras para la dirección y equipos no técnicos.* Cultura Data-Driven: Fomentar el uso de herramientas de autoservicio de datos dentro del equipo de Producto para democratizar el acceso a la información.* Mínimo 5 años en roles de Análisis de Datos, Business Intelligence o Estrategia de Producto, preferiblemente en el sector Fintech, Banca o Consultoría estratégica.* SQL avanzado (indispensable).
