What’s This Opportunity About? As a Data Processing Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of ensuring accurate and seamless data operations for our clients. From analyzing and validating data files to troubleshooting discrepancies and maintaining smooth system integrations, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our clients’ success. What You’ll Be Doing: ️ Analyzing and processing data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and more). ️ Reviewing and validating data files to ensure accuracy and compliance. ️ Providing file specifications and collaborating with clients to correct discrepancies. ️ Supporting clients with ongoing system updates, renewals, and file configurations. ️ Monitoring and maintaining daily file transmission schedules. ️ Troubleshooting and resolving data errors promptly. ️ Implementing and testing new EDI connections for seamless data feeds. ️ Managing vendor interfaces to ensure timely data transmission and discrepancy resolution. ️ Working within the Employee Navigator Benefit Admin system for updates and configurations. ️ Training clients on new systems and processes when needed. ️ Responding promptly to client inquiries and requests. What You Bring to the Table: Proficiency in Excel , especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Experience working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy. Strong English communication skills (B2+ level) to interact with clients effectively. Basic knowledge of Data Science is a plus. Familiarity with SQL is an advantage. Previous experience with Employee Navigator or similar systems is preferred. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organized. ????
