Skills/Requirements:

  1. Fluent in both Spanish & English both orally and in writing. Overall strong communication skills.

  2. Relate in a positive professional manner with coworkers.

  3. Make decisions and judgments based on standard procedures.

  4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and adapt to changing business conditions.

  5. Ability to understand how projects align with the organization strategy to ground the project team and stakeholders in why the project is important.

  6. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize several projects and tasks.

  7. Demonstrate exemplary proficiency using project management software programs such as MS Project/Planner, Workfront, or other tools; cater tools and approach on the given project or project team.

  8. Demonstrate advanced understanding of Project Management Concepts as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or agile concepts and methodologies (Scrum Alliance).

  9. Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills, techniques, and responsibilities.

  10. Must be reliable and lead by example related to schedule and recurring tasks.

  11. Possess conflict resolution skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage expectations.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  2. 10+ years of project management experience delivering large, cross-functional projects.

  3. Any experience with projects related to Finance or Financial Systems, Data, or Automation is preferred.

  4. Preferred: PMI certification (PMP).

  5. Preferred: fluent in Portuguese.
