All positions are fully remote, with team members working from six different continents. Responsibilities Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and proactively reach out to potential targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on execution of live M&A projects. Perform analyses to support Remote’s expansion into new products and markets globally. Conduct ad‑hoc strategic projects critical to the company’s growth. Support the Strategic Finance team with the annual and long‑term corporate model. Manage reporting and other ad‑hoc requests for investors and internal stakeholders. Assist in equity and debt capital raising, including preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating due diligence, and closing transactions. Qualifications Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, high‑growth start‑ups, or public tech companies. Expert modelling skills, including prior build‑out of a full company operating model and long‑term plan. Experience closing an M&A transaction or an equity/debt capital raise in a corporate role or as an advisor. A proven ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with business partners at all levels. A self‑starter mentality that thrives in an unstructured, fast‑paced environment. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. English fluency (written and spoken). Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required. The base salary range for this full‑time position is $41,350 to $116,300, determined by role, level, and location. Compensation has variability based on market demand and candidate qualifications.
