Overview As a Project Manager – Email Marketing , you’ll be the operational backbone of the team — owning timelines, managing people, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across dozens of active client accounts. You’ll be expected to lead with clarity, prioritize effectively under pressure, and keep teams focused and accountable in a demanding agency environment. You will: Own the day-to-day project management of 25+ active eCommerce clients, ensuring campaigns and email flows are delivered on time, on scope, and at a high quality standard. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — delivering confident updates, setting expectations, and managing timelines proactively. Translate client requests, feedback, and strategic goals into clear, actionable project plans and tasks for internal teams. Lead and coordinate cross-functional team members (Email Marketing Specialists, Copywriters, Designers), managing workloads, priorities, and deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Maintain momentum and accountability during peak periods, handling competing priorities without losing organization or quality. Lead weekly internal meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure team alignment. Perform quality assurance (QA) on all deliverables to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency before client delivery. Manage all workflows in ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday), ensuring projects are clearly documented, structured, and visible. Track and review campaign performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CVR, Deliverability, RPR, LTV) to support optimization conversations. Collaborate with email specialists and strategists, using data and operational insights to improve execution efficiency. Provide regular progress updates and structured reporting to clients and leadership. What You’ll Need: 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or creative agency environment. Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and deadlines under pressure, especially in fast-paced, high-volume settings. Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and keeping work moving during stressful or time-sensitive situations. Deep understanding of project management best practices, including scoping, prioritization, timelines, and accountability. Familiarity with email marketing workflows and tools, with working knowledge of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, basic reporting). High proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — clear, direct, and client-facing. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. Comfortable working remotely with strong overlap in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. A proactive leader who anticipates issues, manages risk, and keeps teams focused and aligned.
