We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S. Job Overview We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by identifying and documenting defects, creating test cases and executing testing processes. You will work closely with development teams, product managers and other stakeholders to achieve a seamless, high‑performing user experience. Your responsibilities include supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose‑driven innovation, unwavering compassion and transformative care. You need speed, adaptability, and a drive to improve daily. You will also demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java). Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured). Experience writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, bug reports. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Ability to perform regression, smoke, integration, exploratory testing. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git. Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Knowledge of database querying (SQL). Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray). Exposure to mobile testing (iOS/Android). ISTQB or similar certification. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail; ability to work independently.
