About the Role We’re looking for a reliable Spanish-speaking Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help with lead follow-ups, CRM management, and basic admin tasks. The main priority is consistent follow‑up with leads so nothing slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, follows instructions well, and is comfortable working inside real estate systems. Key Responsibilities Follow up with real estate leads via calls, texts, and CRM tasks Nurture leads until they are ready, then hand them off to the agent Manage and organize contacts in Follow Up Boss CRM Remove unqualified leads (e.g., clients who already have an agent) Set appointments and notify the agent when leads are ready Assist with MLS listing uploads (draft for review before submission) Support basic social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) General admin tasks related to real estate operations Tools You’ll Use Follow Up Boss (CRM) Dialer & SMS inside CRM Microsoft email (Outlook/MSN) Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Real estate VA experience preferred Strong follow‑up and communication skills Comfortable making calls and sending texts Highly organized and detail‑oriented Able to follow instructions exactly Reliable internet connection Available for long‑term work (not juggling many clients) Bonus Structure Bonus paid per closed deal (not per appointment) Opportunity to grow hours and responsibilities as the business scales Growth Opportunity This role has long‑term potential as the agent builds a real estate team. Hours may increase, and responsibilities can expand over time.
