We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and maintain enterprise sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the leadership team.
  2. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualization to track key performance metrics and drive business decisions using SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other BI solutions.
  3. Proactively monitor the quality and integrity of sales and ops data and highlight improvement opportunities.
  4. Perform deep dive analysis of operating metrics providing business insights to leadership by understanding the situation, developing a hypothesis, analyzing data, and reporting back findings/solutions.
  5. Effectively communicate analysis results to business leaders for decision-making and prioritization.
  6. Work with business leaders on implementing sales activities as needed with some oversight.

What We're Looking For

  1. +3 years of experience.
  2. Advanced English.
  3. Data Analytics.
  4. SQL & Python.
  5. Prior companies: Consulting, Investment Banking, High Growth Tech.
  6. Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow, and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success.

This role is based in our Bogota office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
