Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Business Operations(Non IT) Location: Colombia ( Remote) Type of Contract: Full-Time | Employed Contract Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: English (Advanced – executive-level communication) We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with strong business-side project leadership experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading complex, ambiguous initiatives from initial scoping through execution, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks, and drive delivery. Your work will directly impact program success, operational effectiveness, and leadership decision-making. Please note that this is a business side project management position not IT projects and therefore priority will be given to candidates who have experience working in this area. Ideally you will have 10+ years of experience in business-side complex project management. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and ownership of project and program scope, including charters, Statements of Work, business vision documents, and project plans Drive end-to-end project execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, benefits, and risks across complex, cross-matrixed initiatives Partner with stakeholders to identify requirements in ambiguous environments and translate them into clear milestones, deliverables, and success criteria Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost/benefit analyses, supporting capital planning and stakeholder approvals Proactively identify issues, risks, and dependencies, and recommend practical mitigation strategies and solutions Establish and manage program communications, including status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level updates Apply quality management and change management best practices to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes Must-Have Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of project management or equivalent experience leading complex initiatives Proven experience working in a cross-matrixed, enterprise-level environment Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously High level of self-direction, accountability, and comfort working with limited structure Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries Preferred Qualifications Experience in business operations or strategy execution within a matrixed organization Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) experience (strong plus) Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools Experience working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION WITH AN ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION OF YOUR CV #J-18808-Ljbffr
