¿Eres un experto en Workday HCM y te apasiona el soporte técnico y funcional en procesos de Recursos Humanos? Sobre el rol Buscamos un Workday Tier 1 & 2 Support Specialist con experiencia en Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) para brindar soporte técnico y funcional a nuestros equipos de Recursos Humanos. En este rol, serás clave en la gestión de datos, integraciones y resolución de problemas en Workday , asegurando que las operaciones de HR se ejecuten sin contratiempos. Responsabilidades principales: Soporte en Workday EIB: Carga y gestión de datos en Workday mediante EIBs, asegurando precisión e integridad. Resolución de problemas: Diagnóstico y solución de incidencias relacionadas con Workday HCM. Asistencia en procesos de HR: Soporte a usuarios en nómina, reclutamiento, compensación, beneficios y gestión de talento . Optimización de flujos de trabajo: Mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de HR en Workday, alineados con las mejores prácticas. Colaboración con equipos globales: Trabajar con IT, HRIS y HR para mejorar integraciones y configuraciones en Workday. Capacitación a usuarios: Entrenamiento y soporte funcional a empleados en el uso de Workday. Requisitos mínimos: Más de 3 años de experiencia en Workday HCM, con enfoque en EIB e integraciones de datos . Experiencia en soporte técnico y funcional en HRIS, especialmente en Workday. Habilidad en gestión y carga de datos, garantizando su correcta integración. Excel avanzado y familiaridad con Workday Reporting . Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos técnicos y de HR. Capacidad analítica para resolver problemas y proponer soluciones efectivas. Deseable: Certificación en Workday Integration y conocimientos en Workday Studio para integraciones avanzadas.
