Essential Functions Lead discovery, case management, and document compilation in support of incident reports, review disputes, payment disputes, and other assorted case or dispute management. Supporting new license applications and renewals through document compilation and submission. Keep internal licensing databases updated. Proactively monitoring code enforcement activity, internal case records, and creating urgency to drive toward resolution. Working collaboratively with the legal department on escalated cases, as appropriate. Auditing the enforcement of our cancellation policies, disputing any variances. Special projects, as assigned. Requisites Background: 3-5 years experience working in a paralegal or similar administrative support function for a U.S. based company. 3+ years experience supporting form filling and application submission for official licenses and permits. Fluent command of English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills: must provide writing sample. Meticulously organized and detail oriented. Experience with real estate law, land use, and zoning strongly preferred, but not required.
