About the role As a Data Integration Engineer , you will make an impact by designing, building, and optimizing data integration workflows that enable reliable, scalable, and efficient data movement across enterprise platforms. You will be a valued member of the AIA Data Engineering team and work collaboratively with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless data flows and support data‑driven decision‑making. In this role, you will: Design, develop, and optimize data integration workflows using Informatica Cloud (IICS) . Build and maintain ETL processes to support efficient data movement across systems. Apply data warehousing concepts to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions. Work with Snowflake and SQL to manage, transform, and query large datasets. Analyze and resolve production issues to minimize operational disruption. Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Bogotá and Barranquilla, Colombia . Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and SQL . Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in hybrid or distributed teams. These will help you stand out Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data architectures. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple deliverables. Proactive mindset with strong ownership of outcomes.
