About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the transactions team within our Spanish office. This role will be responsible for the preparation of cash flows, property presentations, market presentations and management of databases among other tasks. They will also support the transactions team as required in all acquisitions carried out by the department and will have the opportunity to work and assist on transactions in Iberia and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Cash Flows to support acquisitions
2. Assisting in the preparation of internal investment memorandums to investment committee
3. Tracking and updating internal databases
4. Supporting the acquisitions team with ongoing transactions

Job Requirements:

1. Demonstrable Real Estate exposure
2. Exposure to/knowledge of real estate acquisitions
3. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral
4. Other language skills would be a plus, however not essential
5. Must be a result-oriented individual
6. Team Player with the ability to multitask
7. Have experience gained within a financial institution
8. Solid financial skills
9. Advanced excel skills
10. Basic legal knowledge
