Acerca de nuestro cliente Nuestro cliente es una organización en Estados Unidos, que provee productos de consumo esenciales con un enfoque en ventas, abastecimiento, logística y visibilidad de inventario en tiempo real. Descripción El Senior FP&A se encargará de: Liderar el proceso de planificación, presupuestación y forecasting anual. Desarrollar modelos financieros y análisis de escenarios estratégicos. Crear reportes ejecutivos con insights accionables para liderazgo. Analizar rentabilidad por cliente, canal, producto y margen. Gestionar inventarios, COGS y optimización de capital de trabajo. Supervisar el flujo de caja y procesos de financiamiento. Implementar herramientas y automatizaciones de FP&A. Ser socio estratégico de ventas, operaciones y compras. Perfil buscado (h/m) El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos: Formación profesional en Contaduría, Finanzas, Economía o áreas afines. Experiencia previa en roles de FP&A, o áreas relacionadas en la industria industrial/manufacturera. Conocimientos sólidos en análisis financiero, presupuestación y proyecciones, con mentalidad emprendedora y capacidad para construir procesos desde cero. Habilidades avanzadas en herramientas de análisis y gestión financiera, con alto nivel de autonomía, pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados. Visa americana B1 Requisito - Nivel de inglés avanzado. (Disponibilidad para viajar a Puerto Rico una vez al mes) Deseable: MBA / CFA Qué Ofrecemos Oportunidad de trabajar de manera remota desde Colombia con viajes 1 semana al mes a Puerto Rico. Bono por cumplimiento y desempeño. Rol estratégico con alta exposición a la dirección ejecutiva. Oportunidad de montar desde cero toda la función de FP&A de la compañía.
