What You’ll Do

The growth marketer is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies and tactics to further the sales process, nurture prospects, and grow share of wallet with existing clients. They will collaborate with a team of growth marketers and salespeople to create account plans and outreach strategies that are relevant to prospective business challenges and engage across multiple channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the healthcare sector.

You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
• Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Define, design and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablement win kits and campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
• Collaborate to optimize and experiment with different channels, platforms, messages, and tactics to increase conversions and retention.
• Analyze and report on the performance and impact of your specific growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.
• Experience in American and European Healthcare is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
• Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
